Are you an experienced Administrator ready for your next challenge? My client is looking for a proactive individual to coordinate service schedules, manage customer and contractor interactions, and ensure full compliance with industry regulations. In this role, you will support the engineering team to optimize efficiency and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. A key aspect of this position involves high-volume phone communication, so a passion for customer service is a must. Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries regarding gas services and repairs, providing accurate and clear information.
  • Schedule service appointments, ensuring resources are efficiently allocated and tasks completed on time.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, collaborating with managers to resolve issues promptly.
  • Keep customers and clients updated on the progress of service requests and contracts.
  • Order necessary parts for repairs and services.
  • Assist in preparing, administering, and monitoring service contracts, including planning gas service schedules.
 Skills & Experience Required:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, especially in high-volume call environments.
  • Familiarity with working within structured processes.
  • Strong IT proficiency, particularly with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
