£13.05 per hour

Central Bristol - Office Based

Temporary - until 31st December 2025

Tate are working with a local authority in their search for an Administrator to start in February 2025, initially on a temporary basis.

You would be based in the Children Services Department with key responsibilities including:

  • Oversight of a shared email account, processing, forwarding and responding to emails on a daily basis.
  • Processing and send out children looked after review notes, to parents, carers, other professionals
  • Updating and amending spreadsheets accurately.
  • Attending meetings and taking notes
  • Scanning of documents
  • Adding information to the database and handling sensitive information regarding children

Skills/experience:

  • Office 365/SharePoint experience
  • Understanding of GDPR
  • Administration experience
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
