As a Business Services Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment and operational functions. You will work across various areas, including timesheet management, contractor compliance, contracts administration, and team coordination. This is a varied and rewarding position for someone with strong organisational skills and an eye for detail.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in administration, ideally in a recruitment or business services environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and confident using systems like Loxo or similar CRMs.
- Understanding of IR35, compliance requirements, and contractor documentation processes is a plus.
