Real Recruitment are working with our client to recruit a proactive Business Support Coordinator / Administrator to support their structural design engineers' team and finance team with administration and sales support. This role is office based in Bristol (BS4) on a full-time permanent basis
**Full Driving Licence Required** - Some occasional travel to other offices will be required
SALARY: Circa £30,000 per annum DOE + Discretionary Annual Bonus + Benefits including Pension & Salary Sacrifice Options.
About The Role
This is more than you’re average Administration role, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing design engineering organisation, where you have an opportunity to own and shape business processes and ways of working. As a Business Support Coordinator you will support and partner with a number of teams and stakeholders within the business to deliver effective and proactive business administration support.
- Manage company Accreditations & Pre-qualification Questionnaires
- Marketing and PR requirements as necessary
- Booking hotels/travel arrangements as necessary.
- Recruitment Onboarding: Dealing with new starters on-boarding and leavers exiting the business
- Supporting both the Managing Director & Finance Manager with the creation of reports
- Distribution and management of quotations & Tenders through various portals
- Building and maintaining relationships with key external customers
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
What You Will Bring
