We are currently working with a highly regarded UK Top 50 law firm, who are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Client Services Assistant in their growing Bristol Client Services team. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will ensure a professional and proactive facilities service and reception support, contributing to the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Ensure high standards of office presentation, especially in client-facing areas.

- Facilitate effective communication between the client services team and other departments.

- Provide support with business service tasks across the office.

- Manage bookings, preparation, and maintenance of meeting rooms.

- Oversee office supplies and handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.

- Adhere to Health & Safety protocols, including emergency procedures.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with front-of-house experience.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
