Can you develop positive relationships and collaborate well with others?Our client, an award winning investment firm, is looking for a Client Executive to join their growing team in Bristol on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.You will:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, managing enquries and administrative communication
  • Oversee the client life cycle process, including account opening, onboarding, transfers, and payments
  • Maintain accurate records in client support systems
  • Collaborate with the investment team to gather client information and produce necessary documentation
  • Identify and implement process improvements, sharing best practices with the team
  • Manage administrative tasks to support investment managers and facilitate business growth

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Financial Services regulations and products
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • High attention to detail in communications and administration
  • Client-facing experience with effective relationship-building abilities
  • Relevant experience in administration, with GCSEs in English and Maths (Grades A-C or equivalent preferred)
