Duties will include:
- Preparing purchase orders in accordance with requests for materials
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Sales order and invoice processing
- Banking and bank reconciliations
- Statement reconciliations
- Arrange travel bookings/hotel flights
- Query resolutions around good in and goods out
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Filing and data entry
The successful candidate will have worked in both a finance and administrative role previously, be comfortable using Excel and be able to demonstrate the ability to work well within a small team.
