Are you an enthusiastic and pro-active individual with strong communication skills?Our client, a UK top 25 Law Firm are looking for a Legal PA to join one of their Bristol based teams, on either a 12 month fixed term contract or permanent basis.Your responsibilities:

  • Provide highly professional, effective and proactive PA support to a number of fee earners across all levels
  • Monitor and assist with management of mailboxes
  • Assist with diary management and all diary commitments or conflicts
  • Assist with managing the billing process
  • Proactively organise travel arrangements, conference bookings and meeting room bookings
  • Deal with enquiries from clients, colleagues and third parties

Your skills:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, ideally within a legal or professional service environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and be able to prioritise work
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Willing to contribute and support others as part of a team
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
