Operations Support Coordinator
  • Annual Salary: £27,500 - £29,000
  • Location: Bradley Stoke, Bristol, BS32
  • Job Type: Full-time, 6-month contract

We are currently seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join our client on a full-time basis. This role is office-based and offers a dynamic work environment where attention to detail and excellent administrative skills are essential.

The successful candidate will report to the Contracts & Operations Support Manager and will play a key role in supporting their operations team.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Review job correspondence and information regularly and take necessary actions.
  • Log all new orders received by email
  • Schedule and plan work effectively.
  • Update system to enable monitoring of jobs.
  • Undertake document completion checks, including invoicing.
  • Escalate issues and queries when necessary.
  • Handle Operations calls and support related queries over the phone and via email.
  • Book technician/subcontractor visits and update relevant schedules.
  • Ensure all documentation is sent to customers prior to visits.
  • Send technicians weekly job schedules.
  • Liaise with Reports and Finance teams.
  • Administer customer portals/databases as required.
  • Participate in regular Coordinator meetings with the Operations Support Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Organised with a logical, methodical approach.
  • Ability to handle frequent changes in direction.
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive working approach with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Confident communicator at all levels and across all communication media.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong team player.
  • Confident in numeric and communication skills.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English Language (or equivalent).
  • Computer and IT Systems literate with strong Excel and Word skills.
  • Previous administrative experience is essential.
