As a Project Support Officer, you will play a key role in providing accurate, reliable, and professional support to the Technical Teams. You will be responsible for data administration, project reporting, and general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, accurate, and reliable support to the Technical Teams as needed.
  • Perform data administration tasks related to:
    • Design changes
    • Open points
    • Interface requests
    • Document management
    • Manufacturing NCRs
  • Manage the reporting of project data on behalf of the teams.
  • Identify opportunities for improvements in procedures, processes, and systems.
  • Utilise analysis tools and methods to extract, compile, and present relevant data (Power BI & SQL desirable).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in setting up meetings and managing mailboxes for PMO support.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Provide general administrative and business support as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working in a project environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
