Sonic Summary

We are looking for a motivated individual for a temporary to permanent position in a small dedicated team.
The role involves issuing reports using TEAMS software, editing notes for accuracy, and amending inspection details as necessary.
Candidates should have a keen interest in computers, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
The position offers full training, career progression opportunities, and a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.
A salary range is not specified, but candidates should ideally have relevant experience in a similar role.

We are seeking a switched on individual on a temporary to permanent basis, who has a interest in joining a small dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

Issuing reports to clients to meet daily deadlines using TEAMS software.
Thoroughly editing notes sections, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Amending inspection details as needed.
Regularly communicating with internal departments via email and telephone to ensure a smooth report process.
Using Microsoft Visio to produce floorplans.
