About Our Client:
Our client is a dynamic software organisation that specialises in handling highly confidential documents. They are looking for a skilled Document Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to their mission of maintaining confidentiality and streamlining document management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately scan hard copies of highly confidential documents, ensuring that they are saved electronically
- Identify the correct documents to scan, exercising discretion and adhering to strict confidentiality requirements
- Conduct a thorough review of approximately 100 files, initially focusing on contractual documents and then identifying other key documents for scanning
- Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all files are accurately scanned and organised
- Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines and prioritise workload efficiently
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Previous experience in document administration or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately identify and categorise documents
- Excellent organisational skills, capable of maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the high degree of confidentiality required when handling sensitive information
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with document scanning software
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Background in HR or legal administration
