Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation.

The Job:

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Temporary Office Assistant. You will be responsible for the team's administrative requirements. This will be for a minimum of 3-6 months

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing contract packs
  • Opening new instructions accurately and within service standards.
  • Reviewing a daily workflow and actioning tasks through our case management system
  • Telephoning agents/third parties and preparing relevant papers and documentation for case handlers.
  • Ensure work issues or problems are reported immediately to team supervisors.

The Person:

For this role, our client is looking for someone who has:

• Self-motivated, able to work to deadlines and great IT skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail, good problem solving skills, ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

The Hours:

Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5pm

The Location:

Central Bristol, no car parking (100% office based)

The Salary:

£12.10 per hour
