A GP surgery based in Bristol require an ANP to join them on a long term locum basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop management plans for patients.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions autonomously.
- Collaborate with GPs and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Provide health education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with practice policies.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with an Advanced Nurse Practitioner qualification.
- Independent Prescribing V300
- Experience in primary care or relevant clinical settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
