Real Recruitment are supporting our client to recruit a B2B Account Manager to join their energetic and collaborative team based in Bradley Stoke, Bristol (BS32) on a full time, permanent, hybrid working basis (following training).

This is a blend of office working and working from home - Therefore you will be within commutable distance of the office.

SALARY: Basic £40,000 - £45,000 DOE + OTE (55K)

About The Company & The Role

Our client is very well established, operating within a niche sector providing an essential and valuable service into the entertainments, FM, Construction and education sectors. Always striving to provide a professional, collaborative, honest and innovative service to their clients, and working environment for their team to thrive!

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maximising opportunity with existing customers. A large part of your role will be to manage the tender process for large projects, with some new business generation focus occasionally (80% Account Management / 20% New Business)

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts
  • Build valuable relationships with customers
  • Achieve & exceed revenue targets and margins
  • Perform effective telephone-based calls to generate new business opportunities (Warm & Cold)
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Maintain accurate data within the CRM
  • Whilst the position is desk-based, there will be an opportunity to meet clients/travel where appropriate.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday

What You Will Bring

This is a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional communicator who will have great experience in forging and managing commercial relationships. Ideally you will have some experience of working with either FM, or the Construction sector
