Our established client has an opening for a Brand Consumer Care Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. This will suit a candidate who has experience working in consumer care for a brand.

Bristol based - with option to work remotely approx. 3 days per week (flexibility required as some weeks you will need to be office based more often). Working hours are Monday - Friday 08.30 - 5.00 pm with an hour for lunch (37.5 hours per week).

Parking available on site.

The Role

Working as part of a small, dynamic team, your responsibility will be to take ownership for consumer care.

The role will be an ideal fit for an experienced brand consumer care professional, adept at providing outstanding customer care, complaints handling and providing resolution.

Daily duties will involve:
- Logging consumer complaints on to the client portal
- Managing complaints through to resolution via email and phone within an appropriate time frame
- Liaising with technical and quality teams to provide correct responses to more involved enquiries
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports and summaries for the wider business
- Provide product knowledge when required to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

The Person

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who will enjoy the opportunity to work for a respected and evolving brand, making a positive impact for our client's valued customers.

- Previous experience working in consumer care, ideally for a brand, or within another sector
- Experience of complaints handling, and also recognising when to escalate where necessary
- A helpful, nature and ability to problem solve and ensure resolution
- Support others in the customer service team as required

It is vital that you are an outstanding communicator, able to cope well with change, love working as part of a team, and able to use your initiative. Good IT skills are also paramount and strong attention to detail is absolutely key!
