Marketing ExecutiveThe Role

Are you a motivated and creative marketing professional looking for your next challenge? This newly created position as a Marketing Executive offers a unique and exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects across both the defence and private sectors. Collaborating closely with Operations and R&D teams, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions that make a difference.

In this audience-focused role, you will support and execute marketing strategies for the Business Operations team, working in close partnership with the Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is your chance to leverage your creativity, communication, and project management skills to drive success in targeted marketing initiatives.

Key skills / experience:
  • Proven experience in marketing, ideally within the tech or defence sector.

  • Strong project management and communication skills.

  • A creative thinker capable of developing engaging, targeted marketing campaigns.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

  • Support the business in refining and implementing the overall marketing strategy.

  • Plan and deliver marketing activities to drive audience engagement.

  • Manage digital and print marketing materials, including content creation and distribution.

  • Analyse campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Coordinate multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

  • Maintain marketing channels and ensure campaigns meet SMART objectives.

  • Engage with internal teams and external clients/suppliers to achieve marketing outcomes.

  • Use data analysis to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and inform future campaigns.
