Role: Junior Administrator
Salary: 19,000 - 20,000
Location: Bristol, City Centre
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 (1 day until 17:00)

The role:

  • Preparing accounts and documentation in readiness for invoicing
  • Processing sales invoices
  • Chasing overdue payments over the phone and following up via email and written correspondence
  • Dealing with queries
  • Advising on overdue accounts
  • Supporting the senior administration team
  • Learning to use platforms such as Sage and other accountancy platforms
  • Dynamic career development routes
