Our client is an established, yet young and dynamic structural engineering practice in the heart of Bristol who work on a diverse range of high-end residential, private domestic and some commercial schemes.

Due to an exciting period of continued growth and project wins, they are looking to bring on board a motivated and ambitious Structural Engineer to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running your own projects from initial concept through to completion
  • Liaising directly with clients, contractors, and other consultants
  • Attending site visits and meetings to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
  • Working collaboratively with the team and contributing to project design and coordination
  • Developing detailed designs and calculations
  • Working towards Chartered status (ICE or IStructE)

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Structural Engineering or a related field (MEng or BEng)
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in structural engineering
  • Experience in high-end residential or private domestic projects is desirable
  • Proficiency in Revit (or a willingness to learn)
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise directly with clients
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to take on more responsibility
  • Ambitious and driven, with a clear desire to work towards chartership
  • A passion for creating high-quality, innovative designs
