You will be delivering and working on projects in a variety of sizes and complexity across the UK. These sectors include residential commercial, education, industrial, retail, heritage, leisure and defence.   • Producing working drawing packages to include coordination of design, production and construction packages
  • Knowledgeable on UK building regulations
  • Solve technical issues
  • Liaising with consultants and clients
  • Lead and manage technical design projects
  • Attending site meetings
  • Measured surveys and site inspections
  • Proficient in Revit is essential
  • Have excellent design technical skills
  • Proven ability to run projects across technical stages
  • UK based professional practice experience required
  • Excellent communication skills and work well in a team and independently
  • Technical ability and capability to take full responsibility for own workload
  • Have the relevant degree – chartered CIAT
