Construction Manager

With multiple offices across the South and North of England they are in key locations to deliver projects in Retail, Living Space, Hospitality, Commercial and Distribution.
We are hiring for a Construction Manager to be project based on a restoration of a Hospital and this will last 2 years. This is a historic Hospital and is being converted. This will not be a live NHS Hospital but redundant. The project will be 2 phases and external and internal packages delivered. You will be carrying out enabling works and then into structural and façade refurb with major internal repairs.
About you
- 5 years experience in a Construction Manager role
- Experienced in refurb or fit out, living spaces and commercial projects.
- Ideally located to commute to the project daily.
Package
- PAYE position with a very competitive package, which is negotiable for the right person.
