A well established, construction consultancy is seeking aPrincipal Designer to join their team. They provide CDM consultancy, project management and quantity surveying services to some high-profile clients. The successfulPrincipal Designer will be joining an organisation who have built a reputation within the industry by employing and developing high calibre people.
ABOUT THE ROLE
About the role:
The successfulPrincipal Designer will be responsible for:
- Collaborate closely with clients to foster a clear understanding of CDM Regulations
- Maintain precise and current health and safety records
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments and contribute to hazard identification efforts
- Engage with contractors, aiding their comprehension of responsibilities within CDM Regulations
REQUIREMENTS
The requirements for the Principal Designer:
- Ideally CMIOSH qualified or aspiring to.
- Exceptional client facing skills.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic with an ability to engage with all stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and health and safety standards.
- Proven experience as a CDM 2015 Principal Designer.
- Construction site health and safety experience is essential; experience across diverse industry sectors is desirable.
