The company is seeking an experienced Architect with a background in the defence or education sectors to join their established team.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a proven track record in design and delivery on large projects.
The role involves developing designs, administering contracts, and managing the financial aspects of various build projects.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000, along with benefits such as 25 days of holiday, life assurance, a discretionary bonus, and hybrid working options.

Are you a 'job running' Architect with experience in the defence or education sectors who is looking to progress your career for new teams that are part of an established group? Due to acquiring a great mix of projects this design led outfit with a national presence are once again in recruitment mode.

You will develop designs , adminsiter contracts and handle the financial aspects of a growing range of schemes that are new and existing build projects. This post will see you regularly meeting with clients and contractors and heading up design meetings.

This role requires Architects with at least 5 years PQE who have a proven record of design and delivery on large projects. Having REVIT skills is highly desirable and you will be competent in team management.
