Sonic Summary

Anderselite is seeking an Experienced Architect/Designer, potentially at the Principal or Associate level, with a focus on major residential development layout and masterplanning.
The role requires strong project and team management skills along with excellent communication abilities.
Candidates should possess significant architectural and residential experience, and be eager to take on a new and challenging opportunity.
The position offers a salary of £40,000 - £60,000 and requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Flexible hybrid working arrangements are available, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 21 days holiday, a pension scheme, and various employee programs.

Anderselite are currently looking for an Experienced Architect/ Designer which could also be Principal or Associate level for the right person.
It is imperitive that you have major residential development layout/masterplanning experience as this is the main purpose of this position as well as managing projects and the team involved.
You will be an excellent communicator, have a wealth of architectural and residential experience behind you and want to succeed in a new, exciting and challenging opportunity.
