Our client is a small but long-established Architectural firm, who has designed and built, a range of residential/mixed use projects and urban spaces, they are an excellent employer with opportunities to progress to Associate Director level, 3 locations around the UK, and are actively growing their business.

The role will involve carrying out and overseeing the preparation of conceptual urban design and planning work, feasibility studies, master planning, development briefs, design strategies and other design documents. Working with a wider team, this person will manage delegated projects in respect of timescales and client liaison.

The Role:

Preparation of conceptual urban design and planning work Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners
Ensure designs meet technical and regulatory standards
Ensure designs meet planning requirements
Produce comprehensive construction documentation, including detailed drawings, schedules, and specifications

The Person:

Recognised Urban Design qualification with experience working in an Architectural practice
Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD and/or Sketchup
