This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead the design process for residential schemes, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

In this role, you will manage the design process from conception through to completion. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure that all design elements meet client specifications and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing design development, resolving design issues, and ensuring that projects adhere to budget and timelines.

You should have substantial experience as a Design Manager, with a strong focus on residential projects. A solid understanding of construction processes, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team are essential.
