A well known and recognised regional contractor within Bristol are looking to add a freelance design manager to their staffing levels. The contract work on projects up to 10million within the design + build. Due to work load picking up they need to add a design manager, initially on a freelance part-time basis.
The client are very specific that the design manager has to be up to date on current CDM, health and safety and building regulations (2022) and be able to sign off and work with principle design contractors. This is an exciting role for the correct individual and likely to turn into a long-term agreement.
