A loyal client to Sphere are looking to employ a Design Manager with immediate effect.
Your new company are a large Regional Main Contractor / Subcontractor, who typically specialise within Facade, Roofing, Cladding, and Refurbishment schemes, withina 50 mile radius oftheir Bristol Office. This includes Bristol, Bath, Wiltshire, and parts of South Wales.
You willhave relevant Degree level qualifications and a proven track record within construction at a similar level.
Whilst in this role you will report directly into the Design Lead for the business, whilst undertaking the below duties:
- Manage Design from early engagement through to construction
- Lead projects from a Drawing, Modelling and Scheduling skill set to create innovative Designs to suit budgetary requirements.
- Oversee, monitor and support junior members of the team whilst also reporting Design progress to the board and clients where required.
- Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers
