Our client is a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. Due to continued success, they are now seeking to take on a qualified and hard working Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover Healthcare, Educational and Government sites across the South West. The successful candidate will have extensive experience carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bath, Chippenham, Malbrough, Devizes, Warminster, Andover, Trowbridge, Shepton Mallet, Weston-super-Mare, Minehead, Taunton, Shaftesbury, Ilminster, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Gloucester.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH qualification is essential to the role.
" Will have experience carrying out the full range of surveying and analytical duties for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy.
" Effective communication skills.
" Good IT skills.
The Role:
" Working on Commercial, Industrial, Local Authority and Domestic sites.
" Carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" 4 stage clearances.
" Conducting leak, smoke, re-assurance, background, and personal air testing.
" Carrying out work in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed asbestos reports.
" Liaising with clients, providing excellent consultancy advice and support.
