Morson is currently recruiting for an Asset Manager to join a leading facilities management and engineering company that is transforming the industry. This is an exciting opportunity to shape innovative asset management strategies, optimize performance, and drive sustainable solutions across diverse client portfolios.

The Role
As an Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing asset management strategies to optimize asset efficiency and ensure compliance with industry best practices. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Deploying asset management standards and systems aligned with ISO 55001.
• Leading asset surveys, data management projects, and supporting contract mobilizations.
• Auditing and improving asset maintenance and lifecycle management practices.
• Driving risk-based maintenance approaches and enhancing asset performance.
• Collaborating with IT and operational teams to improve asset data quality and reporting systems.
• Promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across operations.

Skills & Experience Required
• Proven experience in asset management, lifecycle management, and change management.
• Strong knowledge of CMMS/CAFM systems and data-driven asset strategies.
• Familiarity with best practices such as ISO 55001, SFG20, and statutory compliance standards.
• Background in Facilities Management operations.
• HNC/HND-level education in a relevant hard services discipline.
