Job Description
As Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. You will work closely with our team of recruiters to identify, attract, and retain top talent for our clients. Your role will involve:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Managing client relationships and delivering outstanding service
- Building and managing a high-performing recruitment team
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and driving sales
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- At least 6 years' experience in recruitment
- A proven track record of success in a senior leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
