We are a well-known and established Lift Service, Installation and Repair company. Due to our ever-growing lift service portfolio, we are looking for a Lift Service Engineer in the Bristol area.

Main Duties:

  • Maximize and generate client quotations based on service visits, callouts, and insurance reports.
  • Generate minor and major repair quotes, including modernizations.
  • Follow-up on client quotes and manage expectations.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction during the quotation process.
  • Process orders and manage stage payments using the in-house maintenance system.
  • Order parts within the given budget and timeframe.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate quotes.
  • Monitor workload to meet monthly targets.
  • Process timesheets in the absence of the Regional Manager.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in managing high volumes of communication.
  • Confident communication via telephone and email (especially with Outlook).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word.
  • Experience in quoting based on insurance reports.
  • Preferred experience in the lift industry, or relevant engineering background (training provided).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
