I'm currently working with a large southwest based Property Consultancy with the hire of a Valuer for their Bristol office to work across commercial projects.
45K-55K + 6K car allowance
Hybrid working - 3 days office, 2 days home working
This is a key role based within the Bristol office with responsibility for providing Valuation advice to retained clients and target new workstreams. Working alongside an experienced valuation team covering the South West you will be expected to provide expert valuation advice in a timely and professional basis. You will be expected to participate in business generation activities and assist in growing the valuation activity across Bristol.
Duties
Responsible for undertaking. a mix of loan security and regulated purpose valuations for a wide variety of clients
Provide leadership and guidance to junior surveyors within the team
Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and fostering client relationships.
Experience
Must be chartered and a Registered Valuer with the RICS with at least 5 years' experience
Fluent with all Microsoft packages and relevant to the role IT packages including ARGUS software
Experience in Red Book valuation required
