Salary: £60,000 OTE (TBC)
Location: Bristol - Office first policy
Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a commercially driven and inspiring Head of Sales to lead the Sales team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will take full ownership of revenue growth, oversee a smooth and effective onboarding experience for clients, and help shape the sales strategy in a dynamic and technology-led environment.
Key Responsibilities for Head of SalesSales Leadership & Strategy
Driving new business development
Lead the sales function, managing a team of professionals
Drive lead generation, pipeline management, and deal conversion
Define and evolve sales KPIs in line with business growth objectives
Provide structured coaching and mentoring to the team
Team Leadership & Development
Leading teams and achieving targets
Inspire, coach, and grow a high-performing team culture
Support the hiring and onboarding of new team members
Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Market Insights & Commercial Intelligence
Stay on top of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
Use insights to adapt go-to-market strategies and improve client engagement
Experience
Proven track record managing B2B sales teams with measurable success
Experience in eCommerce or SaaS is an advantage
Strong history of KPI management and scalable process development
Skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Strong commercial mindset and confident negotiator
Comfortable using CRM systems and sales analytics tools
