A fantastic opportunity for a sales administrator to join a forward thinking business where there is no shortage of passion and are rapidly growing. Supplying to commercial business's for specialist projects, this will see you working within a team of 4 as part of a wider team working within a modern office.
Key duties of this sales administrator role include :
- Delivering exceptional customer services engaging with customers, building a rapport with clients and providing product guidance
- Processing orders via ERP package
- Responding to client enquiries via telephone, email and other means
- Overseeing sample inventory and coordinating their timely dispatch
- Preparation of quotes to clients in support to the sales team
The sales administrator joining this team would hold experience in :
- Working as a sales administrator or worked within a customer service position within a supplier based environment
- Hold excellent Microsoft experience, ERP system experience would be beneficial
- Have strong communication skills
- Be a team orientated individual who enjoys being a valued team member
This would be the ideal role for someone who has worked as a sales administrator, Customer services administrator, Sales order processor or customer service executive.
