This is best suited to someone who will thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven role with huge ambitions to get into leadership and director-level roles and gain exceptional earnings from the commission structure.
The Role:
- Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position - Business Development
- Clients/Businesses: Sales - Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
- Candidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
- Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Hours: 10:30am - 7pm Monday to Thursday & 8:00am - 4pm on Fridays.
