About the Role

Our client is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to support their Partners and Advisers by providing high-quality, accurate, and timely administrative services across a variety of financial products. This role is crucial in ensuring their clients receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Client File Management:

  • Prepare and maintain client files with utmost accuracy, ensuring compliance with GDPR and company standards.
  • Handle client correspondence promptly and professionally.
  • Keep tasks and workflows updated in accordance with company procedures.

Client Administration:

  • Process letters of authority and handle client requests efficiently.
  • Liaise with providers, third parties, and clients via email, phone, and written communication.
  • Oversee business processing from proposal to policy document stage, ensuring all transactions are handled with precision.

General Duties:

  • Collaborate effectively with the team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to foster a one-team ethos.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve business processes and contribute ideas for innovation.
  • Comply with all company policies, including Compliance, Training & Competence, Complaints, and Data Security.
  • Engage in special projects and actively participate in ongoing personal and team development.
What You Bring to the Table

Skills:

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering work accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with financial platforms like Standard Life Wrap, Quilter, A J Bell, and Intelliflo.

Knowledge:

  • In-depth understanding of FCA rules, requirements, and record-keeping standards.
  • Broad knowledge of the financial services sector.
  • Fully or partially qualified in FPC/CFP, with a commitment to achieving a Diploma Qualification.
