What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience of working in a call centre or credit control type role is essential.
- Great communication skills both verbally and written.
- The ability to strive towards targets - earning more money based on your achievements.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly pick up new systems and databases.
- Strong problem solving abilities.
