Signature Bristol are recruiting for a Travel Operations Coordinator to join a prestigious client based near Bristol Airport on a permanent basis.

This company has a long track record of providing top tier, best in market service that exceeds expectations in their industry. They are now looking for an ambitious and proactive individual to join the team as a Travel Operations Coordinator.

About the role
As a Travel Operations Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating the entire commercial operation, acting as a project manager, to deliver successful client experiences. This is a dual role combining sales and operations, providing variety in your day-to-day responsibilities.

Work within a regulated environment with high-end clientele
Each day you may be assigned to either sales or operations duties

Working arrangements
Full time
8am to 8pm
4 days on, 4 days off shift pattern with rostered on-call duties
Office based (Own transport is ESSENTIAL due to no public transport connections)

Responsibilities:
Respond to queries over phone or email, looking into feasibility, sale and management of all trip requests
Maintenance of location data and administrative support for the quote management system
Prepare and communicate appropriate travel documents
Working closely and confidently with clients, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Liaising with the operations team, third party providers, finance, and management to ensure all necessary aspects are in place, including:
o Securing required bookings and services
o Arranging client catering and transport
o Arranging transport and hotels
o Circulate travel briefs to clients

Working environment
Fast-paced environment requiring excellent memory retention and attention to detail
Project-based work where each booking is treated as a distinct project from planning to completion
Customer service focused

Experience required
Experience within a role where a high level of coordination is needed. This could be lettings, recruitment, events, operations, or anything similar
Previous experience managing projects with multiple moving parts
Accuracy and attention to detail are critical
Excellent communication (written and verbal) with a friendly telephone manner
Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment
High degree of competency in MS Word and Excel, along with experience of Outlook
