Join this dynamic team in an Account Management role focusing on the cosmetics and beauty sector. This role will be a mixture of account managing key clients, Up-selling to existing clients promoting new products. Onboarding new clients. This is a full time, permanent position. The working hours are 34 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 09.00 - 5.00 pm and Friday 09.00 - 3.00 pm.

Bristol based role.

The salary on offer is circa 40,000 per annum (depending on experience). Holidays are 28 days plus Bank Holidays (3 days to be reserved for the Christmas period). A statutory pension is on offer. Benefits include, free onsite parking, cycle to work scheme, tech and home scheme.

Role Overview:
  • You'll work closely with existing clients and some new enquiries to provide support and tailored solutions, ensuring product/service alignment with client needs.
  • Use in-depth knowledge of products/services to support clients, solve issues, and develop strategies for optimising product usage.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new client accounts, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Work effectively with Business Development Managers, Client Support Advisors and the purchasing team to ensure full client support and seamless service.
  • Help achieve sector-based targets by supporting both existing business and new enquiries. Focus on client retention, satisfaction, and making outbound calls to lapsed clients.
  • Oversee client projects, implementations, and decoration projects, ensuring successful delivery while handling escalated customer complaints and issues.
  • Identify cross-division selling opportunities and collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align business goals.
  • Manage the forecast process with clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with purchasing plans.
  • Analyse client usage patterns and technical issues to provide actionable insights for product and service improvements.
  • Provide professional quotations to existing clients and incoming enquiries, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
  • Meet sector targets and monitor client satisfaction scores to continually improve service quality.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or account management.
  • Experience within the health / beauty / cosmetic packaging sector would be advantageous!
  • Strong technical knowledge of products/services with the ability to troubleshoot, provide solutions.
  • Experience managing client projects and handling escalated issues with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical/product information.
  • Proactive and strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Flexibility to attend client meetings and trade shows as needed.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and improving client satisfaction.
