Reed are working with a rapidly growing company based in Central Bristol, recruiting for a Education Sales Executive on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain strong, professional working relationships with customers, clients, and other third parties.
- Carry out engagement calls to both applicants and employers, ensuring proactive recruitment of schools and monitoring of job boards.
- Follow up on all leads as directed and respond to enquiries through various platforms including Freshdesk, Zendesk, email, and phone calls.
- Ensure that enquiries are acknowledged and dealt with promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to document and improve processes.
- Take ownership of and provide visibility into the progress towards KPIs.
- Adhere to the organisation's policies and standards, and undertake continual learning to enhance professional growth.
- Proven sales experience and a track record of professional customer service.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and address issues as they arise.
- Openness to change and actively seeking ways to improve all aspects of the business.
- High competency in MS Office and Teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Driven to see tasks through to successful completion and results.
- Highly numerate and literate, with a good understanding of the wider education and schools’ landscape.
- Knowledge of and affinity for the Education & Skills sectors.
- Creative, innovative problem-solving skills.
