Reed are working with a rapidly growing company based in Central Bristol, recruiting for a Education Sales Executive on a full time, permanent basis.

Duties:

  • Develop and maintain strong, professional working relationships with customers, clients, and other third parties.
  • Carry out engagement calls to both applicants and employers, ensuring proactive recruitment of schools and monitoring of job boards.
  • Follow up on all leads as directed and respond to enquiries through various platforms including Freshdesk, Zendesk, email, and phone calls.
  • Ensure that enquiries are acknowledged and dealt with promptly, efficiently, and courteously.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to document and improve processes.
  • Take ownership of and provide visibility into the progress towards KPIs.
  • Adhere to the organisation's policies and standards, and undertake continual learning to enhance professional growth.

  • Proven sales experience and a track record of professional customer service.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and address issues as they arise.
  • Openness to change and actively seeking ways to improve all aspects of the business.
  • High competency in MS Office and Teams.
