- Proven experience of working as Head of Sales / Head of Business Development within the Apprenticeships sector.
- Experience of leading and managing a business development team.
- Proven experience of business growth for the delivery of Apprenticeships.
- Proven experience of developing trust, and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Must hold a full, UK driving licence, and flexible with travel.
- Responsible for recruiting, training and the performance management of multiple Sales/Business Development teams, ensuring annual targets are achieved.
- Identify and build strategic relationships with key employers, to promote our client's full range of Apprenticeship training programmes.
- Produce and present reports and data, to highlight status to key stakeholders and Senior Leadership Team members.
- Engage with employers to discuss their training and recruitment needs for existing staff and new Apprentice recruitment.
- Forecast and plan for growth and opportunities for process improvement.
- Keep internal CRM systems updated, and documenting both sales pipelines and personal performance.
- Maintaining own knowledge of policy changes, funding changes and relevant business expectations.
