Your organisation and communication traits set you apart, whilst your positivity and enthusiasm help you build and maintain trust with your clients. The ability to list new property would be an advantage. You will be encouraged and supported to progress your career within this prestigious company which boasts a large network and recognisable brand.  Responsibilities for this Senior Sales Negotiator role will include:
  • Market Appraisal generation 
  • Experience of listing would be advantageous 
  • Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings 
  • Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback 
  • Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline 
  • Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments
