This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to grow their career in finance within a supportive and dynamic team.Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator include:
  • Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statements.
  • Assisting with accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and updating internal systems.
  • Supporting month-end processes and reporting.
  • Responding to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
The successful Accounts Administrator will require:
  • Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and finance systems.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Studying or looking to study towards AAT or a similar qualification (desirable).
