Your new role
Hays is working with a well-known organisation in South Bristol. The organisation are looking for a temporary accounts payable assistant on a rolling contract. Hours of work can be flexible Monday to Friday (37.5 hours a week). Pay for the role is 12.05 per hour + holiday. Main duties of the role include:
- Purchase order raising
- Processing invoices through the approval process
- Posting invoices
- Payment processing - BACS, CHAPS and cheques
- Statement reconciliations
- Assisting with adhoc administration and customer service duties as part of a shared service team
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working in a similar role
- Ability to deal with a high volume of transactional activities
- Team player
- Willingness to work flexibly across the service
- Familiarity with MS Office
