Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a client based in central Bristol on a Fixed Term Contract basis for a period of 9 months.
Role: Accounts Receivable Assistant
Salary: Up to £30,000
Duration: 9 months
Start date: ASAP
Working pattern: Flexible working hours and hybrid working
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining the accounts receivable ledger
- Cash allocation
- Payment & cash reconciliations
- Making payments
- Cash management
- Assisting with credit control duties - Chasing debt
- Additional duties to assist the team as required
Skills/Experience needed:
- Excellent communication skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer centric approach
- Computer literate
- Ideally previously worked in a professional environment
- AAT qualified or currently studying - Desirable
