  • Recording customer payments and ensuring correct allocation to customer accounts.
  • Inputting transactions into the finance system.
  • Performing daily checks of sales orders, confirming telesales details.
  • Providing assistance with financial enquiries during events.
  • Ensuring proper filling, scanning, and processing of documents.
  • Processing customer orders and resolving any queries by coordinating with other departments.
  • Analysing sales orders for legality and accuracy of information.
  • Identifying and communicating sales order issues to relevant departments for resolution.
  • Consolidating financial evidence and preparing responses for disputed payments.
  • Tracking payments related to venue hiring and obtaining VAT invoices for events.
  • Performing ad hoc tasks such as updating team calendars and shared platforms like Excel.
