Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working in partnership with a leading environmental consultancy company, with the appointment of an Office & Finance Administrator to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier bills, cheques, and customer payments.
- Handling invoices and purchase orders.
- Managing new supplier onboarding, maintaining approved supplier lists and updating insurance details.
- Chasing overdue invoices and handling customer/supplier invoicing queries.
- Processing internal expense claims.
- Tracking and manage project income/expenditure.
- Preparing and uploading energy procurement data.
- Providing general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
The company are very open to experience and will consider:
- An academic or degree educated individual, with hospitality or retail experience.
- Working within general office administration for 1-2 years.
- Finance experience and happy to work office based.
