  • Managing Bank Transactions: Posting and preparing bank transactions across multiple currency accounts
  • Reconciliations: Performing account reconciliations and maintaining accurate ledger balances
  • Purchase Invoices: Processing and following up on supplier queries to ensure timely payment
  • Business Analysis: Preparing analysis reports for damaged goods and managing purchase orders (POs)
  • Accounts Payable (AP) Duties: Supporting day-to-day AP tasks, tracking payments, and reconciling bank statements

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in Finance Software: Proficiency in finance packages and intermediate Excel skills
  • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for accuracy in processing transactions and reconciling accounts
  • Proactive Attitude: Ability to take ownership of tasks and solve problems efficiently
  • Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams
