Senior Project Manager (Solar) - Bristol (Hybrid - 2 days on-site) - c70K-90K depending on experience

Our client is incredibly busy with aggressive expansion plans for the business being implemented over the next 3+ years. They have an urgent requirement to bring someone into the business who can demonstrate strong PM skills with at least 2 years experience in ground mount solar projects, who are technically minded and will act as a customer facing Consulting Engineer.

As aSenior Project Manager,you will be pivotal in leading and overseeing complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will leverage your core skills in time management, cost control, and leadership to drive project success. Your premium skills in supervising teams and conducting root cause analysis will enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Ground mount 2 years
  • Renewables PM
  • Managing contractors (EPC)
  • Site visits (monthly and weekly or PM)
  • Monthly reporting
  • Site inspection
  • Electrical background
  • Technical managing EPC contracts

We are looking for candidates that are:

  • Authorised to work in the UK (my client is not looking to sponsor at this time)
  • Flexible to travel as projects are taking place throughout the UK
  • Possess at least 2 years Ground Mount solar projects
  • Be within a reasonable commuting distance of Bristol (Hybrid role but will be on-site 2 days per week)
  • Their average project size is c50m so if you have experience of managing projects of a similar value this would be beneficial
